The Journey

Before becoming an author, I worked in experimental aircraft development for the U.S. Navy, contributed to cutting-edge technology at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and developed software for U.S. intelligence agencies. My time in these highly technical and secretive environments influences my writing, bringing authenticity to my stories.

My writing is rooted in real-world intensity and psychological suspense, often exploring the darker sides of human nature. I focus on high-stakes situations filled with uncertainty, drawing readers into thrillers that blend realism with unexpected twists.

Research and Inspiration

I've had a variety of experiences that shape my storytelling. As a certified first responder and cybersecurity instructor, I draw on my knowledge to create authentic and immersive narratives. I also spent five years traveling the U.S. in a military truck-turned-RV, collecting stories and insights from people across the country. My past roles have ranged from dockmaster to pig farmer, all of which add depth and realism to my work.
